Talent ManagementConsultant and executive coach, Elisabeth has more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources in financial institutions. She worked as a business partner in different areas of training and organizational development.
As an executive, she had the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams, especially in the management of the internal consulting. She developed and coordinated a variety of training and recruitment programs, such as a talent management program focused on young professionals (interns and trainees). Elizabeth also developed and coordinated a variable compensation program. As a business partner in financial institutions, Elizabeth advised different business segments: Branches, Call Center, Products, Credit and Collection departments. |

Elizabeth is a Bachelor in Education and a Master in Human Resources Management (FGV-SP). She is a certified coach (ICI - Integrated Coaching Institute) and also has a diploma in Human Resources Management from Parkland College - Illinois/US.
Elizabeth is also certified in different methodologies, such as The Human Element (Will Schutz), Life Orientations (Allan Katcher), and Cultural Transformation Tools (Barrett Values Center). |
