Mediation

It can be a big challenge to present point of views, and talk about unmet needs or feelings; especially in certain cultures. INTER∞ELO provides support to individuals, groups and organizations that want to build bridges and human bonding, principally when they are experiencing tense relationships.
 
The idea is to create a "home remedy bar" to deal with conflicts that cannot replace "medical care" when needed.  This is how Friedrich Glasl defines the opportunity for people to learn how to handle tension (Confronting Conflict: A First-Aid Kit for Handling Conflict). 
 
The primary goal of mediation is to establish links and connections to build lasting and productive relationships, and teach how to recognize the harmful ones.

Through the art of mediation, INTER∞ELO references to concepts and practices widely disseminated by various specialists.
