InterElo offers consulting services and advises companies to define strategies to manage diversity and inclusion, as well as implements projects and manages their progress. We also analyze and map the installed diversity to identify strengths, development needs and potential threats, regarding to this field.
InterElo also helps organizations to review their Recruitment, Performance Management, and Training & Development Processes. We also offer workshops to empower multipliers, internal trainers, partners, managers, and employees and promote a strategic discussion about the importance of diversity and inclusion. Unconscious bias, pro-diversity and inclusive leadership are some of the trainings that we are used to deliver. |
The GDEIB is a guideline created 15 years ago in the US to help organizations to determine strategies and to measure progress in managing diversity, equity and fostering inclusion.
The latest edition of this work is the result of the contribution of 112 Experts Panellists from various countries around the globe. |
DOWNLOAD GLOBAL BENCHMARKSMaria Cristina C. R. Carvalho, an InterElo partner, was one of the four Experts Panellist in Latin America who contributed to updating the 2016 and 2021 version of these benchmarks. Maria Cristina was also one of the coordinators in charge of organizing the tenth anniversary of GDEIB event in Brazil in 2016.
The InterElo was also responsible for the first version of the GDEIB in Portuguese. It is a free downloadable 76-page booklet that can be used by submitting the User Agreement. |
