The evolution of the feedback
While the feedback process focuses on the past and looks to identify opportunities for improvement, feedforward focuses on looking to the future and build the best strategy to achieve goals successfully. We believe feedback and feedforward are complementary, and if used together, they will increase the performance of employees, teams, and managers.
The primary objective of the course is to strengthen awareness of the actions in the present, which is when the future is built. Feedforward and feedback are essential tools to increase management's performance and encourage professional development.
